All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) and are correct when entered into the system. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice to you.

Orders with a delivery address outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are levied when a delivery reaches your country of destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and procedures vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.

You may only use one discount code per order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket.

20. Contests

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. These rules will be deemed to apply to each competition unless any specific instruction in a competition states otherwise.

By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and to be bound by them. All our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Every person who is an employee or immediate family member of an employee of Naturecan Ltd. or any other person directly connected with the organization of a particular competition is not eligible to participate.

All entrants must be 18 years of age or older unless another age restriction is stated or implied. Entrants should, if under 18, obtain permission from a parent or guardian in advance.

All entries must be received no later than the end of the stated competition day. Applications will be listed upon submission. No responsibility will be taken for any applications that are incorrect, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.

We reserve the absolute right, without notice, to disqualify entries into any competition that we believe have used improper technical means to enter and/or we believe to be fraudulent.

Participants are responsible for their payments to access computer networks.

We are not responsible or accept any liability for: (i) any failure of the winner or entrant to comply with these Terms; (ii) any disruption, delay or misexecution of entries; or (iii) any server, system or network failure, malfunction or unavailability.

We shall be the promoter of all competitions covered by these terms unless otherwise stated.

20.1 Prices

If for any reason an advertised price is not available, we reserve the right to absolutely substitute a similar price of equivalent or greater value.

Only one prize is awarded per household.

There is no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and prizes are non-transferable.

20.2 Notification

The winner's name will be selected in a random draw after the closing date from all valid entries.

The winner of a prize will be notified within 28 days of the winner being determined.

Allow 28 days for delivery on all prices.

If the winner of a competition is unable to claim a prize for any reason or if the winner cannot be notified after reasonable efforts have been made, we may dispose of the prize as we see fit without liability to the winner for doing so.

For each competition, only one prize is awarded per participant/email address. Winners will be available upon request.
